1 / 5Who this service is for
You already did the hard part.
Your doctor has moved on
Retired, relocated, or closed their books. Your diagnosis still stands and your plan is documented. You need someone to carry it forward.
You stopped for a while
Months, or years. Cost, side effects, a move, or life simply taking over. Coming back is ordinary, and most people we see have done exactly that. A restart consultation at West Pennant Hills picks it up.
You were diagnosed and are ready to start
Assessed, told, and the next step still ahead of you. That is an initiation consultation at West Pennant Hills, and it is straightforward.
You are simply due
Everything is working and it needs its regular review. Straightforward, and usually quick.
A diagnosis still ahead of you
Or one from childhood you would like to build on. Adult assessment is open, and under 18s follow their own route. The check above sorts it in about a minute.
Wondering whether this is you? Reception can usually answer that in under a minute, and they will tell you straight.(02) 9680 9644

About Medicare
In person consultations at West Pennant Hills attract the usual rebate. That visit also establishes your relationship with this practice, which is what allows your later telehealth reviews to attract a rebate too. Where a first appointment runs by telehealth, the fee above is a private fee, and reception can check whether an exemption applies to you.
What the first year usually looks like
One visit to West Pennant Hills for the initiation consultation at $458.32. Three bulk billed reviews while your plan is settled, by telehealth. Then a review at one month, one at three months, and one every six months after that, at $188.60 each, by telehealth wherever you are. The whole path, published, before you book.
Two checks before you are charged
We read your documents first to confirm that your diagnosis came from a specialist New South Wales recognises, and that where you are now sits within what a GP continues. Some situations call for a specialist alongside us. Both checks happen before you pay, so you know where you stand from the start.
Continuing ADHD care here means this practice becomes your GP for that care. That is how the New South Wales rules work, and everything above is published so you have it before you book.
